Robert’s corporate experience includes providing legal services to businesses and individuals in the fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, consumer products and entertainment industries.

During his career, Robert has advised clients in the cannabis industry regarding investments in cannabis and cannabis-related business, including medical marijuana, industrial hemp and CBD. Robert has also provided counsel to clients regarding cannabis licensing in New York and New Jersey.

Robert has spoken frequently at the New York City Bar Association on topics related to the formation and use of limited liability companies and other corporate issues.
