Gabriel Goldenberg

Gabriel Goldenberg is a transactional attorney with a focus on corporate and real estate transactions. Gabriel has an extensive background in real estate finance and other commercial real estate transactions. He represents borrowers, lenders, purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants in a range of industries. He is able to draw on his experience working with a wide variety of clients from individual investors to Fortune 500 brands to come up with inventive solutions to close even the most difficult transactions. Gabriel also guides clients on entity selection, the use of trusts, and other estate planning strategies to help clients protect their assets, minimize estate taxes, and transfer wealth efficiently.

Gabriel is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and Cornell University. Prior to becoming an attorney, Gabriel served the southern Brooklyn community through roles with a U.S. Congressman and New York State Senator including being a liaison to the local business community after Hurricane Sandy.
