Hillary received her SHRM Certificate in Human Resources and holds a B.A. in Music Industry. She has been developing and refining HR practices, problem-solving, and advocating on behalf of her colleagues and management for more than 15 years while serving in leadership and strategic roles. She is currently pursuing an M.S. in Business Psychology. Prior to HR work, Hillary repped records to college radio and national press while working at record labels and music PR firms. Her clinical and volunteer work includes providing music therapy to adults and children in a variety of populations.
