Ilana Faibish recently earned her J.D. from New York Law School and sat for the July 2021 New York Bar Examination. Ilana’s primary areas of study in law school included intellectual property law, entertainment law, and commercial and residential real estate transactions. During law school, she served as a pro bono student attorney for the United States Patent & Trademark Office Trademark Clinic offered by New York Law School where she represented entrepreneurs seeking federal trademark registrations. Moreover, Ilana worked at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts as a Summer Associate where she provided legal services to the arts community in every artistic discipline. Furthermore, she was a legal apprentice at a boutique real estate law firm and a real estate development company where she assisted in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to law school, Ilana was a digital media planner where she advised clients on how to most efficiently and effectively invest their digital media advertising budgets. In her free time, Ilana enjoys playing her french horn with community orchestras and spending time with her friends and family.
