Mary O’Hara has advised both public and private companies on all facets of corporate and securities law with more than 25 years of practice. Over the years, her practice has included corporate formation and structuring, early stage and venture funding, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and assisting companies in going public both through underwritten public offerings and alternative public offerings such as reverse mergers, PIPEs and self-offerings.
Mary has assisted her public company clients with their SEC reporting and compliance obligations, including preparation of annual, quarterly and periodic reports, proxy compliance and conduct of shareholder meetings and consents, corporate governance and policies and procedures. She also has extensive experience with commercial agreements, including distribution and sales agreements as well as executive employment agreements and equity compensation arrangements.
